KS3 follow mathematics programme focusing on embedding Number based skills as well as developing skills in Algebra, Geometry and Statistics.

The emphasis is to ensure students have a secure knowledge base and then progress onto applying it to multi step problem solving questions. 

Students are regularly assessed and monitored. Homework set is linked into what students have been taught in class in order to consolidate and stretch further. 

All students are provided with an appropriately levelled textbook with hundreds of practice questions and worked examples. Students are encouraged to use the textbook at home to recall, practice and develop skills and further understanding.
