RISE (formerly CAMHS) have created an online tool to help identify mental health issues and to offer some advice to help parents and carers for different issues. The tool covers many aspects of mental health and wellbeing and can be used as a starting point with referrals to RISE.
The school will use it for preparing referrals to RISE and for the EHCP applications of some pupils.
You can access the online tool here.
