Campion is growing and expanding with new facilities and improved resources. We are, however, still one of the smallest secondary schools in the area. This enables us to develop close relationships with you and your child within a safe and nurturing environment. Safe and secure children develop the confidence to stretch themselves. We pride ourselves on developing each child’s potential.

Our pupils follow a broad, varied and challenging curriculum taught by a multi-talented and committed staff. Ofsted praised the staff for their excellent lesson planning and ability to teach creatively. There is a wide variety of residential trips on offer through the academic year along with a diverse extra-curricular programme to broaden the children’s awareness of life. Our bespoke education equips children with a self-belief, resourcefulness and resilience to deal with, adapt to and succeed in a fast-changing world.

Achieve

We are a strict school with high expectations of both staff and pupils. We are in the top 5% of schools in the country for the academic progress made by our pupils and are rightly proud of our academic profile, locally and beyond. We also offer excellent opportunities for team and individual sports, and in music, drama and the creative arts. Our pupils also vie to join our growing team of school and sports leaders who mentor and work with primary schools.
