Key Stage 3
We are well aware of the different starting points for all pupils. Campion School offers a broad and balanced curriculum that is differentiated for pupils depending upon their need. All pupils are required to study a core group of subjects and are offered a wide range of extracurricular opportunities in Music, Art, Drama, Science, Technology. Pupils who require additional support have a differentiated curriculum in order to address gaps in their Numeracy and Literacy. All pupils also have formal reading lessons and some pupils receive out of school reading support.

PE also run extensive extra curricular sport every day of the week. Pupils can also sign up for music lessons outside of lesson time, art clubs and Drama performances. The school also runs extensive arts trips to the Theatre, Ballet, Compton Verney.

Key Stage 4
Key Stage 4 runs over Year 9, 10 and 11 at Campion School. This allows pupils to study a broad and balanced curriculum and selected subjects in depth. For example, pupils can study Art for 3 years to a great depth before they move to study it at A level.
All pupils are offered the above extracurricular activities that enrich the curriculum. Key Stage 4 pupils can also attend specialist classes to support their examinations – for example Science club, Art club, Maths and English intervention are all examples of learning that happens outside the classroom.
