The school is arranging a residential trip to France during the Easter break 2019.
The dates are Sunday 14 April to Thursday 18 April 2019.
This trip is open to all pupils.
What you need to know.
The cost of the trip is £435 and includes transport, accommodation, full board, admission and insurance.
Pupils will need to bring a sleeping bag and towels.
We have 40 places and we may be able to accommodate a few more pupils if there is sufficeint demand.
Please note that as the trip starts to become full we may have to limit the number of boys or girls due to the configuration of the dormitories.
The travel company require a non-refunable deposit of £150 per pupil, which can be paid as an intial deposit of £100 followed by a further deposit of £50 by the end of May.
The balance of the cost of the trip, of £280, has to be paid by the end of January 2019.
We recommend that you pay the balance using installments of £40 at the end of each month in June, July, August, September, October, November and a final payment of £45 in December.
You can pay by cheque or cash at the school office or online using your ParentPay account.
Please note that ParentPay only takes into account payments made online. It doesn't take into account any payments by cash or cheque to the school office.
Day 1: Travelling by coach and ferry to Chateau du Warsy, which is around 55 miles from Paris.
Day 2: Parc Asterix Theme Park
Day 3: Sightseeing tour of Paris including the view from the Montparness Tower and Bateau Mouche boat ride on the Seine
Day 4: Visit to the Battlefields of the Somme including the villeage of Albert, Beamont Hamel, the Lochnagar Crater and Thiepval Memorial
Day 5: Beach, Hypermarket and Home
Your child will need a passport and an EHIC (NHS) card.

Important note. Please be aware that you are signing up for a holiday through Manor Adventure. You are making a commitment to pay the whole of the cost of the trip. If you decide to withdraw your child from the trip you will still be liable to all, or most, of the cost of the trip depending upon how far before the date of the trip you withdraw. The deposits are paid directly to the holiday company and are non-refundable. The school has insurance that may pay out in case of withdrawal from the trip for non-existing medical conditions.
